How do I get started?
Simply signup for a demo with us, and we’ll set up your schedule for training and onboarding.
When do I start to pay?
You start paying after the initial trial period of 7 days.
Are there any user limits?
We don’t charge extra per user or limit items. You get unlimited for all parts of system. The only time we charge more is when you expand your business to another branch location.
How long does it take to onboard?
We have had clients get trained and onboarded within 2 days. Generally, our development team will transfer any existing customer information into the system overnight, and help your store get started the next day. We always recommend clients use our system for 3to 4 days and input their own product data for them to get familiarized with the system.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Currently all subscription packages are purchased and renewed on an annual basis.
How do we cancel the service?
We strive to produce the best software that works for your industry. If for any reason you choose to stop using BlueSparc, we will not hold it against you.
